10. Service Work (Winterization, Repair, Maintenance, etc.)

By scheduling service work, you agree that:

• All estimates are approximate until inspection
• Unforeseen issues may affect repair cost or timeline
• Customer-supplied parts may limit warranty eligibility
• Final payment is due upon completion
• Failure to pick up your vehicle or pay the balance may result in storage fees

We are not liable for pre-existing issues or damages caused by conditions discovered during service.

11. Trailer Rental Terms

Trailer rental pricing and rules (summarized):

• $350/day rental
• $450 initial fee for customers renting a trailer for their stored boat
• Weekly and extended-day rates may apply
• Customer is responsible for proper towing, licensing, and safe operation

You agree to return rental equipment in the same condition it was provided. Damage, loss, or improper use may result in additional charges.
